Return Policy: Beads

Please make your selections carefully as we do not issue any monetary refunds. We will gladly exchange any item with prior authorization as long as the following guidelines are met:

1. Merchandise is received in its original condition
2. A copy of the original invoice is included
3. Returns are shipped within 10 days of receipt
4. All returns must be packaged in the same manner that they were originally shipped and with a return authorization code on the outside of the package. Any items without an authorization code will be refused.

We will not credit for any shipping charges that may incur either way unless the return was due to our error. If this is the case, authorization must be obtained prior to return shipping.

Return Policy: Jewelry

Handcrafted jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged. We will guarantee the craftsmanship of our items for 30 days and thereafter will gladly accept any minor repair work for a nominal fee. Please contact us via e-mail before shipping an item for repair. Since many of our items are one-of-a-kind and unique unto themselves, some repairs may not be accomplished i.e. lost beads, lost clasps, lengthening, etc. If in doubt please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Payment Policies

Beadology currently accepts all major credit card payments through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also require that any payments made through PayPal must be with a confirmed shipping address. Items are generally shipped within five (5) business days after payment is received. Money orders are also accepted with a ten-day waiting period. Orders will be shipped after the money order has cleared. Beadology does not accept personal checks and will not ship C.O.D.

* A confirmed shipping address means that PayPal has verified the address you provide with your credit card information is the billing address used for your card. Please refer to PayPal for further information or assistance.
